（1）运行aclocal，生成aclocal.m4

（2）运行autoheader，生成文件configure.h.in

（3）运行autoconf，生成configure

（4）运行libtoolize，生成ltmain.sh

（5）运行automake --add-missing ，生成Makefile.in

（6）运行./configure --prefix=libtarlib，生成config.status，config.h，makefile
