WRAP GSL LIB IN FOR STEP
.1 cp the FINDGSL.cmake from gnuradio maintain 's cmake directory
.2 modify the CMakeLists.txt :
   1) add find GSL lib
    find_package(GSL)
     if(NOT GSL_FOUND)
      message(FATAL_ERROR "GSL LIB required to compile x_wavelet")
      endif()
    2) add ${GSL_INCLUDE_DIRS} IN include_directories for GSL
	  
	3) ADD ${GSL_LIBRARY_DIRS} IN link_directories
.3 MODIFY THE CMakeLists.txt in swig/ directory

    1) ADD follow code  at # Setup swig generation

	  list(APPEND GR_SWIG_INCLUDE_DIRS ${GSL_INCLUDE_DIRS})

	2) ADD ${GSL_LDFLAGS} when set(GR_SWIG_LIBRARIES

.4 Game over ,now you can add  gsl code in your gnuradio app code.
