1.Build order : bim -> persistent -> stack -> app

2.Download order : bim -> stack -> persistent(No need to manual restart, download persistent before stack will need an extra restart)

3.Update the app_oad.bin with update software, and maybe a restart is in-need.

4.Debug order : 

 a.At first time : bim -> stack -> app

 b.Not first time : only app

5.Note: app image(TI calls it imageB) couldn't download by debuger in real, it should just update by OAD
