# directory structure
 pythonProject's folder contains all data and code. Open pythonProject's folder, you will see data folder. Then, you should open folder named data. At last, all data and code will appear. 
 The code in data’s folder is all global processing code. And, the code in patient’ folder is just for  processing the patient data.
