# MGAM Sequence Processing Toolkit

## Introduction

I am about to start my doctoral studies and will be focusing on the field of sequence analysis for the next few years. This library will gather most of the methods I use for comprehensive analysis in the time - series domain. Since I am more familiar with using OpenMM, which only supports visualization, I need to build a large number of functions to enable it to support sequence analysis. In the project, the sub - folder "mm" represents OpenMM.
