# 数据隐私

#### DATA PRIVACY
we didn't have so much private data for corporations to collect until we entering the 21 century. All human behavior become analyzable because of the large scale use of artificial intelligence and machine learning system. Our data helps the application to know our favor and improve the results of the recommendation. It looks like data is taking us to a better future until the conspiracy of Cambridge Analytica was exposed. And the growing anxiety of data leakage is spreading all over the world.

When we dig deep into the whole thing, we will be shocked by how our data being abused by big businesses like Facebook and Google. It is quite frightening especially when you realize how easy for us to be manipulated by others. Anxiety urged people to take action. After the legal action against Cambridge Analytica, General Data Protection Regulation, also known as GDPR, became effective since June 2018. It states that people have to know in advance before the data is being used and we have the right to ask the company to delete the private data stored in the clouds. We are the ones have full control of our own data, not the internet giant.

The regulation has been made and we can breathe a sigh of relief, but our war against data abuse will never end.
