An image processing library to add some new formats and other supports.

To support gif, webp, tiff, tga and other formats.

This library relies on  opencv & freeimage.

Also there's a function to get image size without image loading cost.

1. 提供了对opencv不支持的文件格式的支持
2. 提供了无加载获取图片文件尺寸的功能 （移植自php）
