依赖环境：vs2015 + Tesseract4.0 + opencv3.4.2版本及以上
该项目完成文本检测和基于Tesseract4.0的中文汉字检测

当前的效果图是没有调节好算法里面的参数，需要的朋友可以自行调节参数来得到比较好的检测效果
