#### 介绍
血脑屏障穿透性是中枢神经系统药物研发过程中一项重要的药物分子性质，但是预测难度较大。当前相关研究存在数据集分散、缺乏深层次分子特征和图特征缺少分子结构信息的不足，本项目整合了当前研究的数据集，并进行了数据清洗和预处理，并提出了基于原子和官能团的双重粒度分子图的血脑屏障穿透性预测模型，模型在回归和分类数据集上均表现优异。
