软件架构说明
- carped_recog:以车牌识别展示传统ocr的基本过程： 预处理 -> 文字定位 -> 文字分割 -> 文字识别
- pdfs:课程相关的资料
- hand_number_recog:单个手写数字的识别，内含有手写板，cnn的识别器的训练和测试代码
- update.sh  更新git的办法
