运行步骤（按顺序执行）

进入集成终端
第一步：启动后端（life_helper 目录）
1.进入后端目录，安装依赖
cd life_helper_back
npm install

2.配置环境变量 将 back目录中的.env.example 复制为 .env，然后修改.env中的数据库密码：
DB_PASSWORD=你的MySQL密码
如果想暂时跳过数据库，可将 USE_REAL_DB=false，后端会进入 Mock 兜底模式。

3.初始化数据库（仅第一次需要）
npm run init-db
这会自动：创建数据库 → 建24张表 → 插入种子数据 → 创建测试用户
测试账号：test_user
测试密码：test123
4.启动后端服务
npm run dev
启动成功后会显示：
✅ 后端服务已启动: http://localhost:8080

第二步：启动前端（life_helper_frontend 目录）
打开另一个终端（后端终端保持运行）：
1.进入前端目录，安装依赖
cd life_helper_frontend
npm install
2.启动前端开发服务器
npm run dev
启动成功后会显示：
➜  Local:   http://localhost:5173/

✅ 访问系统
在浏览器打开：http://localhost:5173/
使用测试账号登录：
用户名：test_user
密码：test123
注册可用：lll,111111
