清理电脑上已经安装的Silverlight浏览器外程序

编写此软件的目的是因为，某些情况下Silverlight的浏览器外应用程序，在控制面板拆卸不掉，并且也安装不了新的；

本程序依赖运行环境 .net framework 4.0 

XP及以上系统均可完美运行

同时可以清理掉注册表安装信息
