## 基础路径判断

- `getattr(sys, "frozen", False)` 判断程序是否被打包，比如PyInstaller打包后， `sys.frozen` 会被设置为 `True`  
- 若已打包则用`sys._MEIPASS`, PyInstaller 打包后，程序运行时临时解压资源的目录）作为基础目录。 如果不存在则使用当前文件的绝对路径的父目录。
