### 支持nps通道健康检测


通道无响应将尝试重启客户端，开启此功能需要开启一个通道可访问nat-tool工具 `8191` 端口,访问接口地址
`http://你的ip地址或域名:8191/health`

### nps服务端开启ip限制功能

3种模式
1. 自动注册ip（wan ip），默认两小时有效期，快到期将自动刷新
2. 当公网ip发生变化，自动重新注册新的ip
3. 访问`8191`端口手动刷新时长
