# ATNF Plusar Catlogue to SQLite Database

从 ATNF 脉冲星数据库转换到可用的SQLite数据库文件

包含的信息有：

- JName
- BName (if exist)
- RaJ
- DecJ

Ra和Dec基于J2000坐标，由于ATNF数据库中部分脉冲星坐标采用了Elong和Elat来表示，
