1. 解决jdk11移除 java.xml.bind (JAXB)
重点关注的测试类：`JAXBUtilTest.java`
2. jdk9 模块化导致 反射出现问题

3. hutool-core: 测试线程池太大了，导致测试OOM

5. 内部增加了判断jdK版本的方法
