用Kotlin把 《第一行代码 第二版》写了一遍
都是比较简单的例子，主要用于对比kotlin和java在开发Android时有哪些不同。

最后一个天气实战用了google的ROOM 没有用郭神自己的LitePal， 改成了MVVM的方式。

第一行代码 第二版有不少内容已经过时，虽然内容比较简单，但是也稍微趟了一点小坑。
代码基本是按照章节分的， 因为第一章没有代码，所以实际是从第二章开始。提交记录基本上也是按章节来的，有需要的可以对照书看一看。
