GD32VF103-RT_ThreadNano 介绍
gd32vf103cbt6移植了th-thread nano，暂存一下，以后还有别的用处

#### 软件架构
使用的硬件是longan nano 的 gd32vf103cbt6，移植了rt-thread nano ，添加了rt-thread nano的rt_kprintf用于串口打印。

用MounRiver_Studio软件打开编译就OK了。
