    spring boot 2.4之后删掉了ConfigurationBeanFactoryMetadata

    nacos-config-spring-boot-starter 0.2.x 最高匹配 spring boot 2.3.12.RELEASE
    否则：org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name 'nacosConfigurationPropertiesBinder':
