# CNN-FPC

This repository contains the python code of our DEEPSPEC model used in the following research project: "Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy Frequency and Phase Correction Using Convolutional Neural Networks".

The simulation dataset used for training, validation, and testing; The in vivo data used for testing can be found here: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/7n9pdo1vyp683fz/AAByLeFO6uSQuclCCBTWrYWVa?dl=0 

The data should be downloaded to be processed for our script. 

The DEEPSPEC code used in this project is proprietary. The DEEPSPEC code is © 2021 The Trustees of Columbia University in the City of New York.  This work may be reproduced and distributed for academic non-commercial purposes only.
