其实直播的基本功能实现非常简单，现在网上也有非常多的开源代码可以参考，比如推流库有https://github.com/jgh-/VideoCore,播放库有https://github.com/Bilibili/ijkplayer，随便改改就能实现基本
功能。但是要将直播做好做精就不是那么简单了，直播延时在3秒以上就是酱油都可以做，做到2秒算中等，做到1秒
才算精品。
