## 1. rectifyandtokephoto.py
    摆平+拍照
    参数：stl文件夹路径 *按照 牙号-病例 存放
    输出：保存摆平后的stl文件以及渲染的照片 *存放在源路径下
> _process_stl_files函数为摆平函数_
> 
> - 求取两模型接触面（距离为1）
> - 通过PCA求接触面的主方向作为模型法线方向
> - 与（0，0，1）轴 计算变换矩阵
> - 保存变换后的模型（因为原始文件名中包含 Lower，Upper 关键字，所以这里保存的文件名与之对应为Lower.stl, Upper.stl,**与模型内容没有关系**
> 
> _render_stl_file函数为渲染图片函数_
> 
> - **使用vtk库，所以需要gui渲染组件才能使用**
> - 继承 洪远 代码

## 2. test1.py
    三个方便自己使用的脚本：复制图片，删除，绘制目标框

## 3. pipeline.py
    获取stl文件（包含上牙、下牙模型）
