ELM is a multi-purpose C++ library providing:
  * a lot of data structure,
  * XOM XML interface,
  * OS-independent API

ELM works on 32- and 64-bits hardware and has been ported on:
  * Linux (x86 but should work on other architectures),
  * Windows,
  * MacOSX.
