2. 静态文本重写规则
* 对于斜线`/`结尾的文档，自动追加`index.html`。
* 对于非斜线且无扩展名的文档，自动追加`.html`。
```
示例：
/ -> /index.html
/abc -> abc.html
/abc/ -> /abc/index.html
```
3. 自动重定向规则
* 对于以默认文档名`index.html`结尾的文档，自动重定向到当前目录，并以斜线`/`结尾。
* 对于以默认扩展名`.html`或`.html`结尾的文档，自动重定向到无扩展名的文档。
```
示例：
/index.html -> /
/index.htm -> /
/abc/index.html -> /abc/
/abc/index.hml -> /abc/
/abc/def.html -> /abc/def
```
