## 快速开始

### 环境
- linux/windows
- python 2.7
- mysql 5.6
- 邮件服务器（本系统使用[网易邮箱](https://mail.163.com)：SMTP 服务）

### 步骤
1. 执行命令:

pip install -r requirements.txt
cp ./config/config.yaml.example ./config/config.yaml
</pre>
2. 编辑 config.yaml
