1. npm config set registry https://registry.npmjs.org
2. npm login
3. 输入用户名、密码、邮件验证码
4. 如果报错403 需要检查是否npm包名字已存在
5. 如访问https://registry.npmjs.org/haixu-utils
6. 出现 "not found" 即为不重复，可以发布
7. npm publish
