一个以 `sqlite` 为数据库的 `springboot-demo`

软件架构说明

注：有个小问题，在`windows`环境下运行`jar`包，初始数据会出现中文乱码 ~~（未解决）~~
- 解决方法：在运行`jar`包时指定编码：
  如：`java -Dfile.encoding=utf-8 -jar springboot-sqlite-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar`
