使用基于状态机的思想，对接收到的数据进行合法检测，允许处理不同指令码的数据

frame_deal.c
主要是对串口接收到的数据（可以是空闲中断形式，或定时器超时接收等方式），进行数据帧格式
检查，当存在合法数据帧时，提取到对应的buffer。提取成功后，根据数据帧的指令码执行对应的
帧处理函数
