This plugin implement the Tuner Server feature included in Black Hole image.
It builds a virtual channels list of .m3u files in the folder /media/hdd/tuner
Clients can stream channels from server simply accessing via Lan or UPnP
Note: To stream .m3u files via Dlna you need a compatible UPnP server.
