- Android: abnormal videoview when other user enter the room;
####  Optimization
- Android: remove tuicore catalogue instead of tuicore:1.0.5@aar
- Android：open keep_alive service when the call starts，and close when the call is over
- Android：move the `MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS`permission to tuicalling module
