# 简介

### quarto

Quarto is an open-source scientific and technical publishing system built on
Pandoc

1. Create dynamic content with Python, R, Julia, and Observable.
2. Author documents as plain text markdown or Jupyter notebooks.
3. Publish high-quality articles, reports, presentations, websites, blogs, and
   books in HTML, PDF, MS Word, ePub, and more.
4. Author with scientific markdown, including equations, citations, crossrefs,
   figure panels, callouts, advanced layout, and more.

### 安装

1. zip包并解压
2. 通过“以管理员方式运行” bat 文件添加到环境变量 `PATH`

Starting python3 kernel...ERROR: 

Kernel died before replying to kernel_info

解决方法：

For anybody else who ever runs into this issue, be sure to include the --user flag when initially installing ipykernel:

`python -m ipykernel install --user`
