# TTS-Tools-Console

将小说转换为音频的一个小工具, 基于命令行

依赖于:

- win 操作系统, 使用的是 win 的 TTS 工具
- 依赖与 System.Speech 库
- 依赖于 FFmpeg

基本流程, 解析小说, 然后生成对应的 txt 文件, 然后将其转换为 wav 格式, 然后利用 FFmpeg 将其转换为 mp3.

编译命令:

```sh
dotnet build
```
