    项目工程注意事项：
        1. chromdriver.exe 定义为selenium控制chrom 浏览器的插件
        2. 爬虫的时候尽量手动最大化浏览器
        3. 将static/sources中的set_val.py添加到env\base_web\Lib\site-packages\django\templatetags目录中
        4. 每添加一个app,需要配置settings文件中的DATABASE_APPS_MAPPING，生成数据表的时候，需要添加参数--database,
           例如： python manage.py migrate --database=default
        5. pip install -r requestments.txt
