+ script目录说明：
    1. start.bat可以直接双击启动rent_calculation.exe执行程序
    2. 目前rent_calculation.exe执行程序是通过"pyinstaller -F rent_calculation.py"编译的，可以直接双节在cmd终端运行，如果采用"pyinstaller -Fw rent_calculation.py"编译运行会报错，这是可以忽略使用start.bat运行这个程序
