装东西出问题 
0. 不要安装电脑管家，它会有影响，导致下载失败（360）保护你电脑 下东西的时候会在电脑上创建文件 和文件 夹
1. 有可能是你的网不好，需要用热点重新安装
2. 由于这个插件太旧了，所以这个插件直接影响到其他的包出问题
    + npm cache clean --force
    + 把根目录中的node_modules删除掉
    + 全部重新安装 
    + 再来一次 开热点 
    + 让同桌发一个压缩你去用
