## Contract Management Auth Bind MVP

### DingTalk Login Config

Set the following env vars:

```dotenv
DINGTALK_CLIENT_ID=your_client_id
DINGTALK_CLIENT_SECRET=your_client_secret
DINGTALK_REDIRECT_URI=https://your-domain/#/login
```

### Database Migration

Run migration to create `auth_social_accounts` table:

```bash
php artisan migrate
```

### Bind Policy

- Third-party accounts are stored in `auth_social_accounts`.
- DingTalk login requires pre-binding by admin.
- Unbound users will be rejected at login.

### Admin APIs

- `GET /api/authorities/user/{id}/social-accounts`
- `POST /api/authorities/user/{id}/social-accounts`
- `DELETE /api/authorities/user/{id}/social-accounts/{accountId}`

## Contract Module

### 1) 公司模板（合作公司）
合同的甲方/乙方来源于 `partner_companies`（下拉选择）。

建议完善字段：
- `name`：公司名称（必填）
- `short_name`：公司简称（必填）
- `credit_code`：统一社会信用代码（必填）
- `tax_no`：税号
- `contact_person`：联系人
- `contact_phone`：联系电话
- `contact_email`：联系邮箱（格式校验）
- `address`：地址
- `bank_name`：开户行
- `bank_account`：银行账号
- `remark`：备注

公司基础信息管理接口：
- `GET /api/system/partner-company`（分页 + 可按名称/信用代码/联系人搜索）
- `POST /api/system/partner-company`
- `GET /api/system/partner-company/{id}/edit`
- `PUT /api/system/partner-company/{id}`

合同甲/乙方下拉接口：
- `GET /api/select/partner-companies`（返回 `{ code: partner_company.id, name }`；如有简称优先展示简称）

### 2) 合同创建 / 编辑
合同创建默认状态为 `draft`（草稿），创建时不需要传 `status`。

合同必填项：
- `party_a_id`：甲方（必填）
- `party_b_id`：乙方（必填，且不能与甲方相同）
- `type`：合同类型（必填，来自 `dictionaries` 字典 `CONTRACT_TYPE`）
- `signed_at`：签订日期（必填）
- `effective_at`：生效日期（必填）
- `expires_at`：到期日期（必填，且必须严格大于 `effective_at`）

合同信息接口：
- `POST /api/contracts`：创建（默认 `draft`）
- `PUT /api/contracts/{id}`：保存合同信息（不由前端直接提交 `status`）
- `GET /api/contracts`：列表（展示字典 `type/status` 的名称、并带 `attachments_count`）

### 3) 合同状态流转（草稿 / 生效）
状态变更接口：
- `PATCH /api/contracts/{id}/status`

变更规则：
- `draft -> effective`：变更到生效前，必须先上传至少 1 个附件（扫描件）。

### 4) 附件（扫描件）权限
附件接口：
- `GET /api/contracts/{id}/attachments`
- `POST /api/contracts/{id}/attachments`（上传 PDF）
- `DELETE /api/contracts/{id}/attachments/{attachmentId}`（删除）
- `GET /api/contracts/{id}/attachments/{attachmentId}/download`（下载）

上传/删除规则（后端已强校验）：
- `draft`：允许上传、允许删除
- `effective`：允许上传、禁止删除
- 其他状态：禁止上传、禁止删除
