[**Npcap**](https://npcap.com) is a packet capture and injection library for
Windows by the [**Nmap Project**](https://nmap.org). It is a complete update to
the unmaintained [**WinPcap**](http://www.winpcap.org/) project with improved
speed, reliability, and security.
