We are redesigning Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (UASB) wastewater treatment systems to be cheaper, simpler to fabricate, and easy to implement to provide affordable wastewater treatment across the world. Having utilized a large scale reactor at the Ithaca Wastewater Treatment Facility for the past few years, the team will now be focusing on developing lab-scale UASB reactors and researching ways to utilize the methane byproducts. ## Links to Reports and Presentations Note: The history of the team goes back as far as 2013; however, the current state of the team involves work done from Spring 2017 onwards.
