# Rethinking UX for AI-driven Monitoring Tools

For as long as monitoring tools have existed, they’ve relied on manually defined contexts and static thresholds. The way we build infrastructure and write software has changed multiple times in the last 10 years, but UX has been stuck. With the introduction of AI we're seeing the first major reshaping of monitoring UX.

This collection of prototypes simulates the experience of creating alerts using:
- static thresholds
- forecasts
- anomalies

As well as alerts defined using:
- algorithmic feeds
- machine learning
