Boundary Event SDK

Boundary Event SDK enables the rapid integration of foreign events into the Boundary event management platform.

The initial release includes support for [SNMP](http://boundary.github.io/boundary-event-sdk/adapters/snmp.html) and [Syslog](http://boundary.github.io/boundary-event-sdk/adapters/syslog.html).
