Conversation View Plugin for Evolution:

In order to install this plugin, you first need to add the path for the Makefile
to the main Evolution configure.in file, and regenerate the configure script
using autoconf.

Then run the configure script as normal, it should generate a Makefile for the
plugin in the directory you specified.  Then go to the plugin directory, 
type "make", then type "make install"

Finally, you need to copy the org-gnome-conversation-view.xml file to the
EVOLUTION_DIR/lib/evolution/2.2/plugins/ directory.

Now everything should be set to use the plugin.
