gnop is GNOmeProperties

It is a library similiar to libglade, but it handles properties.  It actually
uses libglade.  So you build your dialog in glade, and use gnop to set up
the properties.  The design is not final, nor is any of the code/interface,
it may actually compile but it sure doesn't do anything yet.  I just don't
trust myself nor my computer and that's why it's on CVS.
