Markers animation test

We show several technics to place and manage markers and tracks on google map v3. They are:

* Native google.maps.Markers and google.maps.Polylines for markers and tracks
* Custom DIV overlay for markers and google.maps.Polylines for tracks
* Custom canvas overlay that holds both markers and tracks
* Custom canvas overlay that holds markers and custom canvas map type that holds tracks
