Bio-FdrFet version 0.01

Perl extension for False Discovery Rate and Fisher Exact Test applied
to pathway analysis.

See the documentation in lib/bio/FdrFet.pm for all the details.

INSTALLATION

To install this module type the following:

   perl Makefile.PL
   make
   make test
   make install

DEPENDENCIES

Requires Inline::C

TEST CASE CONSTRUCTION

The script, generate_tests.sh, can be used to generate the eight
results files in the t directory.
