IPC::UDPmsg - UDP Interprocess Communication Module

The purpose of this package is to provide non-blocking message passing between
two or more processes running on the same machine, in such a way that it will
run on Win32 as well as Linux machines. 

Extract the file UDPmsg.pm from the tar.gz file and place it in your 
perl/site/lib/IPC directory.
