UPM Cordova Binding

## Description

Create Corodva plugins for [UPM](https://github.com/intel-iot-devkit/upm`) based on its Java binding.

## Installation
1. Run cmake with `"-DBUILDCORDOVABINDING=ON -DBUILDSWIGJAVA=ON"`
2. Run make && make install
3. The generated plugins are located in in the output directory
