*PREL20: Modernize IT Estate: From Strategy to Execution - A Hands-On Workshop for Portfolio Transformation* is a hands-on session for IT leaders and practitioners focused on modernizing the IT estate from strategy to execution. Participants will learn the six key migration and modernization strategies—Retire, Rehost, Replatform, Refactor, Rearchitect, and Rebuild—through practical exercises and real-world case studies.
The workshop demonstrates how to leverage Azure and GitHub Copilot for rapid, secure, and cost-effective modernization, streamlining migration at scale, optimizing costs, and aligning IT transformation with business goals.
