Development Kayobe Configuration

This repository provides development configuration for the `Kayobe

configuration provided by the `kayobe-config
<https://opendev.org/openstack/kayobe-config>`__ repository, and
provides a set of configuration suitable for a development or test environment.
It is used by default in the `Kayobe development environment

in the Kayobe Continuous Integration (CI) deployment jobs.
