I understand correctly, we shall ensure that the docker will be in openEuler distro at least. The reason is that many cloud vendors depend heavily on docker for their cloud platforms. iSulad is also a gorgeous container engine provided by Huawei, it should be kept too.

I can see the docker
repository located at https://gitee.com/src-openeuler/docker , while we would better to ensure its existence, BaseOS or extra are both fine.

We container team still provide docker as a choice~
Maybe we need a disscuss.Should we put it into our base iso or some enhancement repo.
