【openEuler 24.03LTS】操作系统与SAS3408疑似存在兼容性问题

### 【标题描述】
1、将原本生产环境的centos7.6服务器改装到欧拉24.03LTS时，磁盘出现一些异常告警，一度无法安装
2、调整分区配置后，成功安装欧拉24.03LTS系统，但dmesg仍有大量磁盘告警
3、将机器重装回centos7.6，安装该6.6.0内核，机器运转正常，且无磁盘告警产生

**part-include配置二：可以安装，但格式化磁盘非常慢。安装完成并且启动系统后，磁盘util时不时突刺**
